Structured guides for common conversations — a qualification call, an objection-handling script, an onboarding walkthrough. Organized into folders, with a published/draft status so you can build a Playbook before rolling it out. Each Playbook has an Analyze tab showing view counts, so you can see which ones your team actually uses.
Products
Your catalog of sellable items or services — SKU, tax category, unit price, and active/archived status. Attach Products to a Deal to build out its line items.
Message Templates
Reusable email and message snippets, organized into folders with an owner and active/inactive status. Like Playbooks, each Template has an Analyze tab for usage tracking.
