What Happens to My Data?

What’s confirmed from the product itself
- Sign-in goes through Google OAuth — Lynqora doesn’t store a separate password for your account.
- Sessions are cookie-based (secure, HTTP-only) and expire after 14 days by default, or immediately if you sign out manually.
- Access control is role-based — see Roles & Access — and every change to who can access what is recorded in the Audit Log.
What needs to be filled in
- Where workspace data is hosted/stored.
- How long data is retained after a record or account is deleted.
- How to request an export or deletion of your organization’s data.
- Any relevant compliance certifications.
