Deals

A Deal tracks a piece of business moving through your pipeline, from first contact to close.

The pipeline board

Deals live on a kanban-style board, grouped into stage columns. Each card shows amount, owner, and close date, and each column shows a running total. Drag a card between columns to move it through the pipeline — or switch to Table view for a flat, sortable list instead.

Report, Calendar, and Gantt views are on the roadmap but not yet available — see What’s Next for Lynqora.

Creating a Deal

Deals → Create deal. Associate it with a Company and Contact, set a pipeline and stage, an amount, a close date, and an owner.

Deals that originate from an inbound conversation carry an INQ- reference and a Source: Inbox field automatically, so you can trace a Deal back to the conversation that started it.

The Deal record

  • Overview — key fields, associations, and the Stage Readiness panel.
  • Activities — the same Notes/Emails/Calls/Tasks/Meetings structure as Contacts and Companies.

Stage Readiness

Before a Deal can move to certain stages, Stage Readiness checks that required fields — like owner — are actually set, and flags what’s missing instead of letting the Deal advance silently incomplete. This runs automatically every time you try to advance a stage.

Multiple saved views

Seven saved view tabs let you slice the pipeline board by whatever’s relevant to how your team works, beyond the single default view.
