Logging In & Your Account

Signing in

Lynqora uses Google sign-in for all accounts. There’s no separate Lynqora password — your login security (two-factor authentication, passkeys, recovery options) is managed through your Google Account.

If your organization requires it, your workspace owner controls who can access Lynqora at all — see Roles & Access. Signing in with the right Google account doesn’t grant access by itself; an admin has to add you first.

Sessions

A signed-in session stays active for 14 days by default before you’re asked to sign in again.
You can end your current session at any time from Your Account → Security → Sign Out.

Your workspace role

Every account has a role (for example, Super Admin, Operations Admin, Finance Admin) that determines what you can see and do. You can see your own role under Your Account → Profile → Role & Access — it’s set by your workspace owner or admin, not something you change yourself.
