What’s Next for Lynqora
Lynqora is under active development. Here’s what’s coming, and honestly, what stage each one is at — we’d rather tell you something isn’t ready yet than let you go looking for it.
Dashboard & Reporting
A home base for pipeline funnels, forecasts, activity/rep performance, and source attribution, plus a drag-and-drop dashboard builder. Intentionally held back until the underlying data model is stable enough to report on accurately — we’d rather ship no dashboard than a misleading one.
Workflows & Automation
Rule-based automation — auto-assign an owner, auto-create a follow-up task, notify someone when a Deal stalls in a stage. Not yet available.
Sales Sequences
Multi-step, timed outbound email/task cadences enrolled per Contact, distinct from one-off quick actions.
Marketing Tools
Forms, landing pages, and email campaigns. Your Website Contact Form channel already receives submissions — the tools to build the form/page/campaign itself are still being scoped.
Live Chat
A real-time website chat widget feeding into Inbox, distinct from the form-based Website Contact Form channel.
Goals
Target-setting and progress tracking (for example, “$X closed this quarter”), tied to the Dashboard once it exists.
AI Insights
- Deal Score & Deal Insights — a predictive health/win-probability score and risk flags on Deals. Needs a meaningful volume of historical deal data before it’s useful, so this arrives after your workspace has been active for a while.
- Catch-up summaries (Contacts/Companies) — the tab exists today and says plainly when AI insights aren’t configured yet, rather than showing placeholder text.
Meetings — platform-level calendar
A cross-workspace meetings list/calendar, calendar sync, and scheduling links — see Meetings. Depends on connecting a calendar provider.
