- Roles and permissions — down to individual capability areas. See Roles & Access.
What isn’t customizable yet
Adding entirely new record types (beyond Contacts, Companies, Deals, and Tickets) isn’t currently supported — this is a deliberate product-scope question still being decided, not an oversight. If this matters for your business, let your support contact know; it helps prioritize.
