How Is Lynqora Different From a Generic CRM?
A few things are built in from day one rather than added later as workarounds:
Companies are client accounts
Tier, credit standing, billing terms, and service area live directly on the Company record — see Companies. A generic CRM’s “Company” object usually has no place to put this, so teams end up tracking it in a spreadsheet next to the CRM instead of inside it.
Logistics-specific catalogs, out of the box
Cargo Types, Vehicle Types, Service Areas, and Client Tier are built-in, editable catalogs — see Data Management. No generic CRM ships with these; they’d normally be custom fields you build yourself.
Deals know where they came from
A Deal created from an Inbox conversation carries an INQ- reference back to that conversation automatically. See Inbox.
Stage Readiness
Deals check that required fields are actually filled in before letting a stage change go through, instead of allowing an incomplete Deal to advance silently. See Deals.
