Companies
A Company in Lynqora is more than a name and an address — it’s also your client account: tier, credit standing, billing terms, and service area all live on the same record. This is one of the biggest differences between Lynqora and a generic CRM.
The Companies list
Saved views (All Companies, My Companies, Unassigned, Customers, Recently Created, Recently Active, Open Deals, Archived) let you slice the list without building a filter from scratch. Export and Import are available directly from the list toolbar.
Creating a Company
Companies → Create company. Beyond the standard fields (name, industry, region), you’ll set the client-account details: tier, credit standing, billing terms, and service area. Set an owner — an unowned Company shows a plain “Assign company owner” prompt on its Overview tab until you do.
The Company record
- Overview — summary fields plus data-quality badges (Under Review, Incomplete) when something needs attention.
- About — the full field list, including the client-account details above.
- Catch-up — same rolling activity summary as Contacts.
- Activities — Notes, Emails, Calls, Tasks, Meetings logged on this Company.
- Deals — every Deal associated with this Company.
- Revenue — a rollup of revenue across this Company’s Deals.
- Tasks, Meetings, Tickets — full tabs here (rather than sidebar cards, since a Company often has more of each than a single Contact does).
- Relationships — how this Company connects to other records in your workspace.
Sidebar associations
Contacts, Deals, and Tickets show rich preview cards in the sidebar — for example, a Deal card shows its name, amount, and stage without opening the Deal itself.
